Having looked for several years for a place to start their own business, Stan & Kim Chinn landed in Lisle, a place they were both familiar with. 10 years prior to opening Chinn's Fishery, they both worked at the same location they would later purchase for their business. Chinn's has been fortunate enough to have their General Manager, Robert Blaese, with them since they opened their doors in 1995, and Manager, Greg Griffin, joined the Chinn family shortly thereafter.
Chinn's Fishery specializes in Fresh Seafood. Fish, crabs, lobsters, shrimp, scallops and more are flown in fresh daily. The restaurant gets fresh seafood from Alaska, Hawaii, Florida & from the West Coast to the East Coast. We've witnessed first hand early morning boats bringing in the days catch to the ports in Honolulu. Our Hawaiian contact lets us know the best catch for the day, packs it & it's on our tables within 24 hrs.
